here kenny doesn't use walls, he uses blocks, so is it possible to make an interior afterward ? does using blocks provides more creative freedom ?N0GA

i'm thinking about buying asset forge, but a requirement for my use case is that i would be able to add an interior to the house i make.
I can do some basic extrudes and stuffs in blender, so, is it possible ? how would you approach it ?
EDIT: the reason it seems to be an issue is that on some tutorial i've seen, people seem to be using weird blocks to do complex design, and i'm wondering if it wouldn't interfere with the inside
